Delivery options

You choose the delivery method at checkout — you will see the exact cost and the expected time.

Parcel lockers — Omniva, LP Express and Venipak networks across Lithuania. Pick a locker from the list; you get an SMS code when the parcel arrives.
Courier — delivery to your address. The courier calls before arriving, so please enter a correct phone number.
Pickup in our store — Neries krantinė 5A, Kaunas. Free of charge. Please wait for our confirmation that the order is ready before coming.

Larger orders If you order many items or bulkier equipment that does not fit in a locker, we will get in touch and agree on the most suitable delivery method.

Free delivery is calculated after the discount If your basket is 200 € before a discount but less after it, delivery is charged. It is the amount you actually pay that counts.

Small order fee — 4,99 € Applies when the order is under 30 €. It stays for store pickup as well. The fee is added on top of delivery and, like free delivery, the threshold is calculated after the discount.

Delivery time

Items in stock are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment. You will see the exact estimate next to each product and in the cart — it depends on stock.

If an item is not in stock, it is ordered from the manufacturer and takes longer. In that case we contact you with an exact date before proceeding.

Payment methods

You choose the payment method in the last step. Both are equally secure — payment happens on the provider's own site, and we never see your card or bank details.

Card (Stripe) — Visa, Mastercard, plus Google Pay and Apple Pay.
Bank transfer (Paysera) — Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Šiaulių bankas, Revolut and other popular Lithuanian banks.

We start processing once payment is confirmed — usually within seconds, after which you immediately receive a confirmation email with the invoice.

Discount for professionals Electricians, designers and businesses can register for a professional account. Once approved, your personal discount applies automatically — no code needed.

Invoices

The invoice is emailed together with the order confirmation — no need to ask separately.

When buying on behalf of a company, enter the company name, code and VAT number at checkout and we will issue a VAT invoice. With a business account these fields are filled in automatically.
