Terms & Conditions

1. General provisions

1.1. These Terms & Conditions form a binding legal agreement setting out the rights and obligations of the Seller and the Buyer at the online store kontakt.lt.

2. Orders and contract

2.1. The Buyer places an order by adding items to the cart and entering contact and delivery details.

2.2. The purchase contract is concluded once the Buyer pays and the Seller confirms the order by email.

3. Prices and payment

3.1. Prices are in euros including VAT. Delivery is calculated separately and shown before payment.

3.2. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. The Seller never sees or stores card data.

3.3. Free delivery for orders over €200; otherwise delivery is €5.45.

3.4. Orders with an item total (after discounts) under €30 carry a €4.99 small order fee. It is added on top of delivery, also applies to store pickup and is shown in the cart before payment.

4. Delivery

4.1. Goods are delivered to parcel lockers (Omniva, LP Express, Venipak) or by courier.

4.2. Estimated delivery 1–3 business days after payment if items are in stock.

5. Returns

5.1. Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason, by emailing info@kontakt.lt.

5.2. Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging with all accessories.

5.3. Refunds are issued within 14 days of return.

6. Warranty & quality

6.1. All goods carry the "Kontakt-Simon" manufacturer warranty and comply with EU standards.

7. Final provisions

7.1. Lithuanian law applies. Disputes are resolved by negotiation or in the courts of Lithuania.
