Yes. At checkout enter your company name, code and VAT number, and we will issue a VAT invoice.

Write to info@kontakt.lt as soon as possible. If the parcel has not been handed to the courier yet, we can usually still change it.

Write to us. We will tell you the expected arrival date or suggest an equivalent from another series.

Yes. Payment happens on the provider's own secure page. We never see or store your card details.

The invoice is sent by email together with the order confirmation, right after payment.

Yes. Electricians, designers and businesses can register for a professional account. After we approve it, your personal discount applies automatically to every price.

€5.45. Free for orders over €200 — the threshold is calculated after any discount. Pickup at our Kaunas store is free. Orders under €30 carry an extra €4.99 small order fee with any delivery option, pickup included.

Yes, €4.99, when the item total (after any discount) is under €30. It is added on top of delivery, also applies to store pickup and is shown in the cart before payment.

Usually 1–3 business days after payment, if the items are in stock.

To Omniva, LP Express and Venipak parcel lockers, or by courier to your address. You can also pick the order up in Kaunas.

Yes. Once the parcel is handed over, we send the tracking number by email.

Yes. As a consumer you may return an unused item in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason.

You do, if you simply changed your mind. If the item is faulty or we sent the wrong one, we cover the cost.

Yes. All products carry the Kontakt-Simon manufacturer warranty.
